WEM vs WAM 2030
Ukraine`s first draft National Energy and Climate Plan is under consultation. Additional measures could reduce emissions in the energy/industry-segment in 2035 by a third. Half of the primary energy reduction with additional measures is due to a switch from coal and oil to less-emitting energy carriers (gas, RES), while the other half is due to higher efficiency.
